Privacy notice
This notice explains how T.impulse GmbH processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us.

2. Website delivery and technical data
When you access the website, the hosting service processes connection data such as your IP address, requested page, date and time, browser information and technical error data. This supports delivery, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website. Hosting logs are subject to the provider’s retention settings; we do not use them to create advertising profiles.
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
3. Contact form and email
If you contact us, we process your name, email address, message and any company information you provide. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence.
Required form fields are marked with an asterisk. Without an email address and message, we cannot respond through the form. Providing a company name is optional. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.
On the production website, the message is forwarded to info@t-impulse.de through the hosting mail service and processed by our authorised email providers. Access is limited to people and service providers involved in handling enquiries and maintaining the service. We do not sell contact data or add enquiries to a marketing mailing list.
We retain enquiries while required to handle the matter and any related follow-up. Correspondence that must be kept under tax or commercial law is retained for the applicable statutory period; otherwise it is deleted when its purpose ends and no overriding retention ground applies.
4. Form protection and necessary cookies
The production contact service uses a temporary session cookie to protect form requests. The cookie is marked HttpOnly and SameSite, and Secure when HTTPS is active. The session token expires after two hours; the browser cookie is a session cookie. A pseudonymous request counter, derived from your IP address, limits repeated submissions over a one-hour window. It does not contain your message. These measures serve our legitimate security interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. They are not used for advertising.
5. Local assets and external links
Fonts use your device’s installed system fonts. Logos, visual assets and the 3D library are served with this website. We do not use advertising trackers or social media embeds. Optional Matomo analytics is described below. Clicking a partner link takes you to the partner’s own website, where its privacy notice applies. The destination receives the connection data needed to serve its page.
6. Security and international processing
Use the website over HTTPS. Transport encryption protects the connection, but ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted. Avoid sending sensitive information through the form. Where a service provider processes data outside the EEA, processing requires an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
Subject to the relevant conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact info@t-impulse.de to exercise your rights. We do not use your enquiry for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: datenschutz-hamburg.de.
Optional website analytics (Matomo)
With your consent, we use Matomo On-Premise hosted on our IONOS webspace to understand how this website is used. The tracker is loaded only after you select “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to the website. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. The legal basis for this optional processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Analytics can include page paths and titles, visit times, device and browser information, approximate country, region and city, product and category interactions, external-link clicks, video starts and progress, and successful enquiry submissions. Contact names, email addresses and message contents are not sent to Matomo. Page query strings and fragments are excluded from tracked page URLs, and referrers are reduced to their origin.
Matomo processes the connection IP address to estimate location when a suitable geolocation database is configured. It masks the last two bytes before storing the IP address in its analytics database. Location estimates may be inaccurate, particularly for VPNs and mobile networks. Masking does not make all analytics data anonymous.
We disable Matomo analytics cookies in the website code. A necessary localStorage entry, timpulse-analytics-consent-v1, stores only your acceptance or rejection, notice version and timestamp for up to 180 days. Rejection also prevents tracking. Consent-based analytics is not activated in the private design preview. Browser blocking and consent choices mean reports do not cover every visitor.
Analytics records are stored in our Matomo database on IONOS until deleted under our retention settings. Aggregated reports can be retained for longer-term comparisons. Matomo dashboard access is restricted to authorised users.
8. Changes and contact
We update this notice when the website or its services change. For privacy questions, please contact the controller above.
